A Poem for Boots

A Poem for Boots

                      A Poem for Boots

Those bright blue eyes, that long dark hair
When looking at other girls, you do not compare
The moment I met you, I wanted to sing
I was the happiest man ever, when we were a fling

I’d bite you all over and you’d get dark marks
Some were so huge, they were mistaken for landmarks
The warmth of your arms, the kiss from your lips
I love so much, that I’d give up dip

And time went on and we grew apart,
You’ve been boppin’ around, but still have my heart
We still have feelings, and everyone knows
Maybe one day, we’ll get married at Joe’s
So even though I’ve been with other sloots
Forever and always, you’ll still be my Boots
